Trip from PA to MD to Have Lunch at "Woody's"

Ed, Dick and I went to Maryland today to have lunch at Woody's Crabhouse. Beautiful county between Lancaster and Maryland. Along the way, we saw Robert Fulton's birthplace.

Visited Niagra Falls Today (Saturday)

We went to the falls today and saw the whirlpools at the gorge, the cable car that carries people over from the Canadian side, the 3 major falls, and the Maiden of the Mist boat which goes under the falls. It was rather cool and misting rain all morning but we had a great time.

Ed and I left Monday around noon and arrived in York, PA, in time for dinner Monday night. We visited our dear friend, Dick Kreider, on Monday and Tuesday. Monday, we drove around Amish country and visited Levi, an Amish farmer, and long time friend of Dick's. We were able to milk a few cows and had a great time. Tuesday, we rode over to Gettysburg which was about an hour from Lancaster.

The event was also attended by Uncle Pete Fleming, His daughter Jane and Husband Brian, Samantha and Patrick their kids, Patrick caught a tarpon over twice his weight. he weighs 90lbs. Tarpon weighed 185lbs

Elliot my grandson also caught a Tarpon over twice his weight, he weighs 60lbs. Tarpon weighed 135lbs

Had a great time. Everyone caught at least one big Tarpon, in memory of our lost fishing buddy and one of the original old men, Steve Williams. We miss you Steve and you would have been proud of us. We love you Cindy!!!!!!

Then we're off on the Intreped 11/26/10 which is the newest long range boat out of San Diego, Ca for a 14 day adventure to the Clipperton Island for GIANT Tuna over 300lbs. and Giant Wahoo."
